Top of the line training, attention to safety, work-life balance is great, and time-off requests go through regardless of circumstance (if submitted at least two weeks in advance, but they are generally flexible).
Cons
Slow to hire contracts to full-time employees often. Benefits for contractors are sometimes okay, often subpar.
