Pros
Flexible work hours, such as work from home Fridays, were a pro towards the end of my time working at TogoRun/VegaRun but only because it gave me flexibility to go on interviews. Otherwise, I was stuck at the office from 9:30 AM until AT LEAST 10 PM. No senior management to speak of means if you don't care about your deadlines and deliverables there is no one to reprimand you. Personally, I cared about the work I was doing, which kept me at the office all hours of the day and night, but in theory no one would notice if you didn't show up. If you don't like answering to someone above you or don't want to be mentored you might like it here.
Cons
There were times I worked through the night. As in arrived at 9:30 AM on a Tuesday and left the office at 10:30 PM on a Wednesday without sleep. Granted, those occasions were the exceptions as the typical work day was only about 15 hours. The turnover rate is extremely high. I started in Spring 2015 with a team of 5 including me. By February 2016 everyone who was there when I started had left, my managing director was fired the day before she was supposed to present the updated PR plan for 2016, which she had developed alone. I was told that evening after she was fired that I would have to present it, being one of two people left at the company (I was 23 and had JUST been given a fulltime position as AAE from an Intern). Billing practices are unethical. When one client goes over their allotted budget hours are moved to other clients' accounts who don't receive nearly the amount of attention they deserve. I reported these incidents to HR multiple times, despite their shock during the meetings nothing was ever done about it. If I could give negative stars, I would. Think twice before working here, not that I think they are hiring... The entire time I was employed I was convinced they were going to announce they were folding and I am shocked to find out they are still in business.
