For the first time, I had a chance to witness a manager screaming on employees during regular meetings, blaming others for the mistakes that were caused by poor planning and unclear expectations (goal setting). Extremely top-down leadership style where there's no space for employees when planning and setting reasonable team goals. The saddest part for me personally was that 'cutting throats' mentality is reinforced as it's considered to be good for business in the short term and team-work (shared responsibility) is punished.
No wonder the team set up is changing every month.
Even the best ideas for improvement suggested by HR were rejected by the team lead.
