      Pros

      Great technology and future potential, wide range of customers and good work atmosphere and team spirit, good work-life balance and middle management.

      Cons

      Many products poorly managed, some teams unproductive/slow due to Swedish consensus and excessive meetings culture or lack of processes and tools. Hard to grow in some roles, leadership (under CEO) don't seem to understand the products or markets it seems (disconnected), leading to poor decisions, communication internally also poor and many sudden changes of direction.

      Pros

      - WFH flexibility -no weekends

      Cons

      -poor leadership, many missed opportunities, and wrong technology bets. -was a market leader that everyone looked to for product direction and have become a follower of leaders in the industry. -due to poor management (c-level)decisions, stock price is down over 95% from the high.
