Pros

- Great organization of projects - Can work whenever you want (as long as you meat deadlines) - Great training that is easy to refer back to - Wonderful team leads that are usually good at responding to questions - Nice way to improve your editing skills - Don't have to color grade if you don't want to (get paid more if you do) - Very clear creative/technical standards for edits - Can increase/decrease workload as needed

Cons

- Get paid very little for the amount of work you do, especially at the beginning (it's a per project pay rate instead of per hour). It's especially low pay when you get a difficult project that takes significantly longer than most - Training isn't paid and takes at least 8 hours, usually more around 15 hours

Pros

There are none this is a scam

Cons

They under pay severely to a degree that can't be legal within the united states. They pay a flat rate of $60 dollars for a full length 2 hour wedding video with 3 often mismatched cameras, bad audio, they have insane standards for what they're offering, you will wait a month and get notes back and this will go on forever. I've never encountered a bigger rip off than these people they need to be reported to the better business bureau. Seriously your pay winds up being something like 30 cents an hour. God knows what they are paying themselves too because weddings cost a fortune.
