Good pay, great people, new/relevant experience for my desired career

Can't think of any! It is a great company

If you work hard you will be rewarded. Benefits are nice. Great working hours. Everyone that works with or around you are professionals.

Owners are very difficult to work with and at times very unprofessional. Not open to new ideas or criticism. The president is a puppet with the strings being pulled by owners. The commission structure is decreasing each year making it harder to make the same money as the year before.
