Pros
Decent treatment and retention rate of salaried workers. Most of the people are great and fun to work with as long as you can keep a level head and use some common sense. Dental and eye insurance coverage is affordable and has very good coverage.
Cons
Hourly worker retention rate isn't great, salaried workers haven't had a raise in at least four years. Health insurance is more expensive compared to other I've had (same health insurance company but in different state) and the coverage isn't nearly as good.
