Pros
This is a fun office to with for, we are small we all work great as a team. When I came into work I don't look at it as work I look at it as I get to hang out with people who are fun and easy to work with. I don't think of it as work.
Cons
I deal with a lot of customers who are looking for a company to serve the documents they have, who miss understand what all we can do, when I explain our process from start to finish they have gotten upset with me when they think it should go differently. When the ones getting served call thinking they are calling the client and they called the wrong number and I tell them who they need to call they get upset because I can't help them.
