      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for new grads. Lots of overtime. Monthly donuts.

      Cons

      Bullying, favoritism, sexism, stonewalling, low balling wages. Empty promises. Mandatory overtime for years on end. 50-60h work weeks. You will not have a life outside of work. You will lose your friends. Don't apply if you have a family or a serious relationship you want to keep. You will be getting divorced.

      Comission style pay very family oriented and very lenient they will work with you any way they can

      Cons

      Comission if it slows down your pay is lower but they will find a way to keep you busy
