Cons
Being laid off without warning. No severance package, not even paid out PTO. Paying operations management 3 figures to do nothing but put a bandaid over things. They don’t take accountability for unorganized operations processes. They point the finger instead of addressing the real issues. David W was the glue to the company and provided opportunities for people and made sure his people were taken care of. Once he left the companies values & “Christian values” were thrown in the trash. The new CEO & CFO are selfish for allowing the company to lay people off without notice and nothing to fall back on. I was lucky enough to be laid off in the May layoff. I feel bad for the people who were laid off during Christmas time - morally wrong. God is watching and I pray they find their true meaning again.
