Toxic workplace with great benefits - Accounting Analyst Tiptree Employee Review

There are crazy amounts of bullying that took place while I was at this company. The executive team thinks is acceptable to yell at their staff. Management is incredibly rude and difficult to work with. There was sexual misconduct and overconsumption of alcohol at almost every work function. Unless there are massive cultural changes I would not recommend working here.
