Great students Mostly friendly staff Owner kind and open to ideas (as long are you're doing your work) Supplies ARE reimbursed (the people who say they aren't must not be paying attention at staff meetings, we were specifically told we would be reimbursed up to $50 for one quarter. You can also get money towards school events, but limited)
Cons
Low pay No summer breaks or large breaks throughout the year (but can take summer vacation time off) Parents can be demanding Curriculum sometimes too intense for age group Limited resources in school (paint, art supplies, paper, etc.) High staff turn around rate
