      Small engineering staff. Mostly in India

      Legacy product with only a few engineers. No real opportunity for new development, instead a lot of bug fixes and fighting fires.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
