      Pros

      The platform invented by the original team over 8 years ago is still amazing and a competitor has yet to come even close to replicating what Tintri has done since day one. The engineering is sound and the field sales teams are driven and dedicated to supporting their customers.

      Cons

      The management has been lackluster, we have missed many marks that could have put the company into a much more favorable position today.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
