      Pros

      - Great leadership team - Fast paced work environmen - Awesome culture - no jerks! - Great benefits - Tops down communication - they actually care about making this a great company.

      Cons

      Typical of small companies, not many processes in place, sometimes feels like the wild wild west. Employees want and try their best to do the right things, but sometimes the lack of processes just makes it challenging. Again, nothing unexpected of a company this size that is going through a strong growth spurt.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
