Not what it used to be - Training Professional Ting Internet Employee Review

Thank you for your review. We have experienced several changes to our business as we have grown and evolved over the years. Each year we go through strategic planning and setting OKRs to ensure we meet both the short and long-term goals of our business. We recognize that there are some gaps between cascading information from senior leadership to front line workers and we are actively working on bridging those gaps. Recognizing this need, we created an 2024 OKR program dedicated to improving how leadership communicates changes and we launched a Change Management Center of Excellence to ensure executives and people leaders are supported to deliver change and decisions effectively to their teams.
