Cons
My Cons are more 1. Even if you work so hard you will still not get any raise or wont be acknowledged 2. If you have a manager who don't like certain type of people trust me HE/SHE will make your life a living hell. 3. You think you have a good repot with people in the higher management cause "#loveonly" its a lie the biggest LIE cause to cover other managers faults they will put you under. 4. YOU WILL HAVE TO WORK OVER TIME AND WILL NOT BE PAID or GIVEN ANY CONSESSION - why?? because its frowned upon and you will be treated like (oh one day they work extra hrs they think they need to be given benefits.. what about the rest of us) 5. They have a LEAVE policy but if we take the leaves that are given to us Despite having completed all tasks you are still not enough for them. 6. THEY DON HAVE ENOUGH RESOURCES - As an account manager You will have to RUN AROUND EVERYDAY ...EVERYDAY fighting for resources. the funniest part is the management knows it.. the GAM, AVP and all the big guys know whats happening but guess what it will come back to " OH you just don't know how to manage ur resources" 7. First year hike will be 15-20% - if you are lucky with a designation change. they have a 360 degree review .. ITS BS like its just for name sake cause if ur manager doesn't like you then all of ur peers are climbing the ladder and ur stuck doing His/her job in a low income. 8. haha HR ... the HR is always on leave I mean you want something and you email or message be ready to hear " hi.. i'm not in at the moment i will get back to this when i'm back" Many HR's have left because there is a LOT of Politics They keep saying this is not TING culture and all that jazz but at the end of the day its not the best place to be at.
