Pros

- Wonderful group of folks, exceptionally talented and humble people. - Top notch leadership at the very top. - Overall a good reputation in the marketplace, customer love the product.

Cons

- Pay in HCOL areas in the US is misaligned, definitely on the lower side. - Position in the market - they are operating in a highly competitive space, hard to stand out, this the biggest factor that should be considered in the comp plan. - Few/no people of color in Sales, Sales adjacent teams. I don't think this is a con since I know the company overall is all in with diversity, I'm sure it will improve with time.

Pros

Energizing, collaborative, and fun work environment. Extremely strong leadership team and product. Transparent culture with sound people throughout the org chart.

Cons

With high growth comes constant change, which isn't for everyone. But I wouldn't want it any other way.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

In the welcoming package, the CEO claims it's a place to express your ideas and be creative with your colleagues, but I've never worked in such a creatively oppressive and cliquey place. Forced to stick to a dated strategy as it suited members of other teams to achieve their goals rather than exploring new and more effective ways of doing things and actually make an impact for my own team and the company overall. This means the role is a stenographer for others rather than something creative or strategic, which it would be in any other company that had an ounce of creative ambition. Endless meetings about the same topics that completely wasted time and drained energy. Certain members of other teams really diffcult to work with. Complete dismissal of any strengths I had and why I was hired in the first place. Felt incredibly demeaned and unsupported by the end.
