Pros
Opportunities to get hired on at lower than poverty wages to gain experience.
Cons
The CEO Rob is cool on the outside and seems like he has your best interests in mind, but at the end of the day he only wants employees who are boot lickers and worship their weird TG culture. Unbelievably high turnover rate. You may notice that every single employee has been there less than one or two years. If you’re smart, you’ll catch onto the corruption pretty quick and realize there’s very little chance for upward mobility here. Upper management is super tight and there is a constant feeling of secrets and ulterior motives brewing within. The lack of transparency, while claiming to be transparent is jarring. There’s a lot of uncomfortable politics at play - this us versus them mentality. It just doesn’t feel like everybody’s on the same team at this company.
