      work life balance is somewhat ok..

      Cons

      everything is monitored, high level management will involve in small small things also. same repeated jobs. No exposure to global market and business. though company does well hike will be less. At one point you may feel the partiality between associates during hike.

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
