      Work-life balance is good if in morning shift..

      Salary, hike, promotions etc are rare or time bound. Comfortable but not satisfied back for the efforts of employee.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
