Pros

- Working in a small team where you can really make a difference. - Having customers all over the world which means a lot of new experiences. - An open culture where you can always ask anyone to help you out. - At TimeEdit we believe that happy employees will also bring happy customers.

Cons

If you don't like to talk English a lot than it might be difficult. Also you should not expect that all templates and standard documentation is already there. This is a process which has started.

Pros

Genuinely smart, passionate people across all regions. Global exposure and autonomy: worked across five countries, collaborating directly with university execs and project teams. Fast-growing company with exciting potential in higher-ed transformation. Ability to shape your own role and influence strategy (if you can handle the chaos). Strong focus on client success and outcomes; rewarding to see tangible results in universities. Flat structure makes it easy to voice ideas and get visibility with leadership.

Cons

Growth outpaced structure — teams often stretched thin with unrealistic timelines and workloads. Product maturity and internal alignment didn’t always keep up with market ambitions. Rapid expansion led to shifting priorities and disconnect between regions. Leadership communication inconsistent; decisions sometimes felt kneejerk or contradictory. Limited resources for professional development compared to company size and ambition. Work-life balance is grueling.

Pros

Culture, people care about the product and the customers, people care about each other, the strategy & vision is clear and motivating.

Cons

Knowledge is scattered all around, and it is difficult to find all the information and processes—typical scale-up. We go fast, maybe sometimes too fast.
