Pros

Great place for career progression with ample opportunities to move up the ladder. Competitive salary that matches industry standards. A nice perk is the tax-free food available in the workplace, which is a small but appreciated benefit.

Cons

The workplace has a strong "boys' culture," which can be alienating, especially for those who don't fit in or come from different backgrounds. Absolutely no work-life balance. It's expected that you're constantly available, even when you're not on out-of-hours duty, which can be exhausting. Management openly makes jokes about colleagues who choose to take paternity leave, implying it's not a "manly" thing to do. This kind of toxic attitude extends to those who prioritize family time over socializing with coworkers at the pub. The work environment itself is less than ideal—working in a basement with inadequate facilities is demoralizing and uncomfortable. There's a double standard when it comes to work hours. Management turns a blind eye when you're working through lunch but is quick to notice if you leave early because you didn't take a break. Overall, the boys' club atmosphere is unwelcoming, particularly to foreigners or anyone who doesn't fit the mold.
