Timco really treats everyone that walks in the door like family. They want their employees to enjoy coming to work and have a good work/life balance. They are constantly looking at new ways to improve the business which opens many opportunities for their employees. It is a growing company so the sky is the limit. The listen to their employees and take all ideas and feedback into consideration.

No company is perfect but I am overall happy.

The owner is hands on and knows his employees.

Not enough pay, no overtime pay and no guarantee weekly pay. You never how many hrs you will get from week to week.
