Not much off time, can be very hot being outside all the time

Beautiful environment with a great staff! As an intern, I was given great responsibility and ownership over some major programming areas of the camp, and it gave me lots of opportunities to grow. It provided housing, and meals when camp was in session as a benefit to me as an intern. The full-time staff also provided ample hospitality but often inviting me to their home or activities near by. Truly cares about the staff's relationship with Christ as well, lots of time is spent in developing that at TImber-Lee

Does not have a system to help you find you a full-time job after intership, There are limited resources that may guide you, thats it.
