Treat employees right, good hours, good management, nice regulars, environment, interesting jobs to learn, free coffee, pay, clean, uniforms, relaxed policies, free donut each day, 50% discount, not much micro management, willing to work with you
Cons
customers are downright terrible, storefront is set up weird. waking up at 5am, part of life though. training wasn't too detailed, but honestly helped you to just dive in and overcome the pressure.
