Pros

Set schedule and decent money and you work mostly independently

Cons

It's extremely hot and more drama than high school when the cheerleader got pregnant and doesn't know which jock is the father.

Cons

* If you're looking for a good place to grow, this Tigre is not for you. * Many empty promises. * They don't give you a raise until you ask 15 times. * They hire people with no experience and don't train them, basically throwing them to the floor to figure it out. No support at all. * They don't supply parts to fix the machines, or it comes months later. So, you need to figure it out. Don't be surprised if you see many safety concerns. * Other department get anything they want when they need(tools, parts etc.) Maintenance department has to suffer first, and THEN maybe... * Management pretends they care about you. Don't expect you will get a raise. They don't have any policy about it; you have to fight for it, you may wait many months maybe. * There is no appreciation for your work. * Zero growth opportunity – they don't publish the positions they decide on in the office. * I inquired with senior management about potential career paths, but received little guidance or clarity. * HR department is Nightmare. They don't know how to communicate with you. Your thoughts are not important. They can be easily rude and snap at you better stay away from them. * Tigre doesn't have a consistent factory – it goes through layoffs very often. Have a Plan B
