Company product and pricing is not up to par. Disengaged Miami management blames sales agents. - Corporate Account Manager TigerDirect Employee Review

Pros

Steady hours. 8-5 day. Punch in, punch out. The day is not too stressful if you let criticism from coaches roll of your back. Employee benefits are bottom of the barrel but at least we get them. Some coworkers are fun and helpful, but most are lone-shark types with limited social ability. And it looks like we are already in the cons. It's a good place to gain entry level experience because you pretty much direct your own learning. Not much training.

Cons

Company is tanking. I would often hear "Tiger's a Sinking Ship" echoed in the back row by guys who have been there for over 5 years. They saw the company prosper, made decent money from what I heard, and now see it struggle. Training is very disorganized, not well thought out. Focused on minute details that go in one ear and out the other, without providing the RESOURCES necessary to function in the role. Our salary was bottom of the barrel (for corporate account managers in IT sales).
