Pros
I made $26.00/hr. You work three days per week. That's all you take of that. Constant call outs because the nurses think they will be called off. A bunch of fake, mean, users. There are no advantages to working for TRMC. The charge nurse will go on Paragon & attempt to look up your family medical history.
Cons
Not enough staff(nurse extenders). RNs who think they aren't supposed to give direct care. Your given the worst patients, but I survived!! Throw paragon in the garbage, it's a stupid EMR. Whoever built it should be terminated.
