Pros

Still looking for these besides just a paycheck.

Cons

During orientation, the CEO joined a WebEx where he was sitting in his living room which was bigger than most people's housing and then bragged for 10 minutes about how he was able to build his companies through stock options 40 years ago which of course is not a benefit provided to TierPoint employees. Company is run by people that pulled the ladder up behind them after they became wealthy. Benefits are abysmal, pay is at/just below competitive salaries, 401k match is mediocre. No wonder the CEO has had a successful life. Also anyone reading this, in orientation we are asked to submit a review on here so take the overall score with a huge grain of salt because most of them haven't been employed long enough to make an informed review.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective following our extended orientation program last week. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the content and our CEO “Meet & Greet” with Jerry. It sounds like your overall TierPoint experience may not be what you anticipated. We are sorry to hear this and would like to work alongside you to make it better. As you learned in orientation, we do utilize Glassdoor to help us understand our employee’s experiences in a way that they may feel most comfortable in sharing. That said, sometimes, like in this instance, its more productive to share with our HR team. We are here to help and support you. When you feel more comfortable sharing, please reach out.
