Pros
It's a good place to get your foot in the door. The new CEO is very intelligent and I'm confident he will fix this mess. There is a good work life balance.
Cons
It's a negative work environment. People start to get bitter when they see the same few getting away with doing nothing. I feel like it's our primary focus to cover up lies from sales and management.
