Everyone is super busy and it's fast paced, but helpful. - Great value on personal life, team building, work-life balance, fun outside of work activities to get to know each other - Continuous additions of resources, knowledge, personnel to fit the growing demand - Lots of chances to connect with coworkers (both in person and remote) to feel like a valued part of the organization - Great PTO, benefits and company fun activities -
Cons
I wouldn't necessarily call them "cons", but perhaps "growing pains", which are usually expected from rapid growth, but are being addressed. You have to be patient with change and the difficulties that come from innovation and the complete unknowns, especially as a scientist. Most of the time, things may not be presented fully to you and it can be challenging to nail down what will work properly or find the answers you need quickly, but that's the name of the game in research and innovation and improvement. You have to be patient with yourself and know that you're allowed to take the time if you want to do it right and don't give up!
