Pros

The culture here is upbeat and lively and you will make a lot of friends here. Access to mentorship and 1 on 1 time is amazing. Lots of opportunities to practice communication skills such as direct sales, public speaking, team building, and presentation.

Cons

This is a career, not a job. The hours are insane. The pay is decent except for a few top performers.

Pros

I’ve met some of the most passionate and supportive people there and I grew a lot as a person

Cons

Where do I even begin? Nobody that works there showed up thinking it was going to be door to door. In all honesty, everybody there either really has nothing better to do or they have such low self esteem to the point that they think it really doesn’t get any better than this and they have no other option. Everybody is tricked by the opportunity for growth they lure people in with. I won’t lie being there will help you grow as a person and will give you a lot of experience, but what they promise to you in the interview and all throughout your time there is “getting the chance to open up your own office”. That is all a lie. It’s all based off on favorites. The man who helped Pat build his business from the ground up got zero recognition and never even got his own office. The harsh reality is that you will find yourself working 12 hours a day, six days a week, in an environment where you’re brainwashed to never take a day off or else everyone else will look down on you. Not to mention the poor management that makes decisions off emotions and belittle their staff. Management tries to make up for it by saying they’ll be giving out “bonuses” and “full owners strokes” but in reality it’s all a made up number. Nothing really makes sense if you think about it. Don’t work here if you’re looking for a job with a good work/life balance. Or at all.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found personal growth and supportive colleagues during your time with us. However, we're deeply sorry that your experience didn’t align with the expectations set during the interview process. We want to clarify that our typical work hours average between 40-45 hours per week. We strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for all employees while fostering growth and development. We take your concerns seriously, especially regarding transparency around growth opportunities. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where all employees feel valued and recognized. We appreciate your input and will review your feedback internally to address the issues you’ve mentioned. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
