None that I can really think of. This is the best company I've ever worked for and was extremely sad to leave. If and when you leave, you'll never regret having that company on your resume. It opens doors.

The checks clear and were on time. The people in operations are great to work with and have really good follow through. The product is very good.

The management style is micro management. There are some in management that believes you can learn selling from reading a book. Also, the way some customers are treated would not be accepted at a public company. There is unrealistic goals set and you are not given the tools to meet them. Management will send demeaning emails to employees. There are also emails that you can't read because you will not be able to follow the thought process of the writer.
