Great family owned company. Jason is involved in day to day operations and has an open door policy! Very approachable and open to new ideas. Team oriented culture!

Like many small but mighty companies can get busy, so being flexible is key.

Thysse is family oriented, and in most cases, you will always get any day off that you request. ALL their Supervisors & Managers seem to be great to work for & care for their employees.

POOR communication on daily work, that should be communicated to employees. If you don’t have a office area position, it seems like you’re not important enough to be heard. They have eliminated positions that affect other employees needing to cover this work without overtime. When they eliminated the company President position, it hurt morale. The retried President made rounds complimenting entry lever employees, the owner doesn’t have time for these duties. Employees ALWAYS enjoyed their Christmas party, which was eliminated after 2023. They “claim” to be a family oriented company, this decision has made poor morale….
