3yWe were sorry to read your review and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We take any form of harassment, including bullying, extremely seriously. We have robust policies, anonymous surveys and a confidential hotline available to all employees if they feel they cannot approach HR or a senior manager. We recognise we can and should always do more and we will continue to bring these policies and the various channels for raising concerns to the attention of our employees.
We also appreciate your feedback on our compensation packages. We firmly believe that we offer attractive and market-competitive packages (including bonuses and other perks such as a wellness stipend) however we will continue to review our packages, ensuring we remain competitive in each of the markets we operate in
Recognising the hard work of our employees is essential and something we celebrate on a regular basis via our monthly Shout Outs and our exciting ThuneSTARS program, offering opportunities for managers to recognise outstanding performance but also for peer-to-peer recognition. As a fast growing business we will continue to further develop our opportunities for recognition and we appreciate your feedback on this.
