Pros
The owners helped me break into the consulting industry. They taught me a lot about consulting, business practices and working with clients. They were friendly, helpful, down to earth and very knowledgable and experienced.
Cons
It is a small company so while they are growing you have to be comfortable working in small teams and learning from a few very experienced people rather than large teams of people.
