Pros
I began with Threshold as a Creator in the field and was offered a role first as Recruiting Coordinator on a contracted basis and then moved into a Full-Time role as Community Manager. Threshold is unique in that the company is very small, so you feel heard and valued. They are sure to check in and allow you to pave your own path within the company and want you to be doing what you're interested in and enjoy. My position is fully remote so I get to work from home and threshold never hesitates to provide the tools I need to do my job, whether its a seminar, a piece of equipment, a book etc. Everyone at the company is young which helps to create an enjoyable company atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and "yourself" instead of putting on a corporate face every day. In a world where there are thousands of jobs and thousands of opportunities, Threshold really does care about their employees and how they can make the relationship mutually beneficial.
Cons
There are no retirement funds
