      Three30 Group is a growing business. As for any growing business there are always going to be things that are evolving. Three30 Group continually changes to meet the needs of the company and their clients. Three30 Group recently relocated to a new location, now in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

      1. You work with some challenging yet interesting problems day to day. 2. There are a variety of technologies Three30 Group works with, which will make you a better software developer. 3. Management understands that learning certain concepts and languages takes time. 4. Great group of coworkers who make you feel welcome and at home. 5. Owner is great and is very understanding and reasonable.

      Cons

      1. Hard to specialize, as there are many short term projects and many technologies used. Good on one hand, tough on the other. 2. Much of the training is entirely on self-responsibility. This is good on one hand, but on the other stress levels can be high at times.

      Great group of guys. Laid back atmosphere. Get to work with a range of technologies and try new solutions.

      Cons

      Office needs updating. A lot of short term projects. Primarily a .net shop with little java or php. Equipment could use some updating.
