Pros
Facility is close to highway. Offers services that are comparable to other size hospitals. Most staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons
Most top Management of the facility are hired by an outside company. They do not live in the community that they work in. Therefore, they do not have the commitment towards their employees that a person who lived in the community would feel. It seems that whenever this organization gets into financial hardship, their first line of attack is reduce their staff which NEVER includes top management.
