• The People Team is unprofessional and lacks knowledge of labor laws, and the process is inconsistent between countries.
• Performance appraisals are a joke. They assign a Performance Partner from another project and country, someone who has no knowledge of your performance.
• There is no reasonable explanation for layoffs; they are not transparent and keep everything secret.
• They claim to promote diversity and equality, but people from Thailand only protect Thais, leaving out people from other countries.
• Constructive feedback from this company is also a joke.
