The fish rots from the head down… Expectations of staff to give life and limb for embarrassingly low wages. Lots of good talk and good goals to get you excited and in the door. No follow-through. Unfair practices from Senior Management. No trust and underhanded dirty backlash when things don’t go their way.

Nothing good about leadership team.

They must have hired decent clinical leadership recently. The new social work position sounds like an excellent advancement in their treatment vision but the U of S won't even send Social Work students to Thorpe because of how the last student was treated by mgt. A truly sick place infected from the top by the way employees are regarded.
