Smaller contractor so you have a really good connection with your coworkers and supervisors. You can help help easily when you need it. Everyone I worked with was so kind and supportive. I really enjoyed my time with this company.

These are more realities of the smaller firm world. They health insurance was pretty steep, but they did have BCBS which was a plus.
