Pros
Throughout my time at Thor, a lot has changed from the day I first joined to where the company is today. Over the past 6–12 months in particular, I’ve seen a real transformation in the company’s strategy, direction, and overall performance. This has been driven by strong, clear leadership from senior management, who consistently push everyone on the sales floor to improve and strive for more. As a result, a high-performing culture is naturally developing across the floor. There’s a great balance between competitiveness and collaboration. You genuinely feel that everyone wants each other to succeed—not just individually, but for the benefit of Thor as a whole. One thing that has remained consistent throughout my time here is the culture and the people. The team works hard to create an environment that I genuinely look forward to being part of every day. As someone who joined as a graduate, I can confidently say there is plenty of opportunity at Thor. This includes the chance to grow both your earnings and career, as well as opportunities to meet clients face-to-face, which is something I believe is quite rare in this industry.
Cons
Expectations are high, which can take some time to adjust to, particularly for new starters.
