I love working for this company because the culture is one that exhibits respect and concern for the well being of all employees at every level. This positive and supportive culture is why the company continues to grow and expand. This company is also exceptional in it's successful attempt to have an employee population which includes many ethnic backgrounds.

Pros

The Salaried pay is decent.

Cons

Corporate standards are non existent, corporate bases their standards off personal preferences and not corporate standards. So the standards are always different based off who you’re dealing with at the time. They will say it’s a 50 hour work week but that’s a lie, they would work you around the clock if it means they don’t have to pay their hourly associates. If you read this take this advice and go for a properly ran company like Aramark, sedexo, or compass.
