Mislead about job duties and scope - Crane Operator Thompson Construction Group Employee Review

Was lied to about the position and told that I'd be running a certain crane. After spending money on travel, and lodging and a week on the job the supervisor informs me that I'll need to run a forklift building scaffoldings at night with limited visibility and no forklift certification. I inform him of the aforementioned and his response was if I won't do it they don't need me so I wasted all that money and time for NOTHING!
