      Nice team Good discount Fairly easy tasks

      Cons

      Sales advisors do everything management does for no more pay Lone trading Commission is so low you barely notice it in your paycheck Unrealistic targets so you never achieve monthly bonus Weirdly rigid uniform policy for a fashion brand Not much room for progression

      Great brand, great products! enviorment very helpful and supportive

      Cons

      Small Company mindset . Very little investment in the brand which makes it difficult to grow. However to much turnover. Management needs to be more consistent.

      Changes strategies all the time Alot of personnel turnover at higher level.
