Good place to work with work-life balance - Business Analyst Thirdware Solution Employee Review

I worked at Thirdware for around 10 years, and my husband worked there for nearly 15 years. It is a very good place to work, especially in terms of work-life balance. There was no unnecessary pressure, and the management was very supportive of employees. I moved from Thirdware in 2024 due to personal reasons. Since then, I haven’t come across another company like Thirdware, and I’ve been struggling to maintain the same level of work-life balance.
