Worst Experience - Anonymous employee Third I Employee Review

1) Senior Management lacks vision for both organization and employees. 2) Worst managers seen so far. useless skill set and never share positive feedback of good employees. Full of political backgrounds or probably learned over here. 3) The worst department is the HR. They don't have even fundamental policies for employees. They always say we are trying to streamline the process but it has been 10 years of company inception and no progress at all. Simply ignore them. 4) No projects. They work on hire and fire model which is quiet common now a days for this kind of IT companies 5) They mention themselves as US based firm at time of hiring, but they have major existence in Pune only and rest of the offices are almost closed due to lack of projects. 6) Third I is like sinking ship. Not preferable for experience professionals
