      Learn marketing and sales techniques

      This company is so unprofessional. They generally hire younger people because they are gullible and will believe this company is great. However, if you have a degree or want to make any kind of money, this is such a waste of time. The CEO is nice but completely useless. She is unorganized and ditsy. I worked there much longer than I should have.

A lot of times I know that things change in an instant ,and we definitely have to make adjustment s that would make things seem to be unorganized.       ⸻ Third Coast Events has truly changed my life. There’s so much I’ve learned here that I can use both professionally and personally. I never thought I could work and actually enjoy working, but I’m so blessed to have found this company. Our CEO, Dana Iverson, is amazing, intelligent, resilient, and a true boss. The same goes for leaders like David and Lexie. The environment is full of positive, goal-oriented people who truly care about each other’s growth, because when we grow, the business grows. They all set incredible examples of the person I’m working to become and where I want to be.

      I can’t think of any cons within this business. EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!!

      Pros

      Everyone was kind and the office environment was truly fun.

      Cons

      The job is not at all what they make it out to be, they lie about the hours, they lie about the pay. Honestly, the only good thing was a very small group of people.
